How do I register and get my Property listed?

Click on "New Members"
Sign-Up for an Account (free!)
Activate your Account by E-mail confirmation
Sign-in to your Account and go to "My Account"
Click on "Post a New Ad" and choose a Category (or you can choose a Category in the "Main Menu" and then click on "Post Your Ad Here")
Choose a Free Package (Feature packages may be temporarily unavailable if limit is reached)
Enter your Property details and click on "Save"

How do I add Photos to my Property listing(s)?

You can add/manage Photos under "My Account"
Sign-in to your Account
Under "Manage Your Ads" select the Property and click on "Images" in the lower bar
"Browse" to the location of your photo and click "Submit" (for most listings you can upload at least 3 photos)
You will see the Photo(s) when you "View" your Property

Problem:  I can't Upload my Photo

The most common problems for photo uploads are  image file size and file extension

Make sure your image file is less than 100kb (you can resize images online for free at www.Picresize.com)

Make sure the file is saved on your computer with a full image extension (like .jpg or .gif or .png)

If you still have problems, please e-mail us your image(s) and we will try to upload for you

Can I edit/change or delete my Property listing(s)?

Yes, you can edit or delete your Property listing at any time
Sign-in to your Account
Select your Listing under "Manage My Ads" and click "Edit" or "Delete" in the lower bar

Why can I not place a Featured Property listing?

The number of Featured Property listings on the Front Page is limited
When the limit has been reached no more new Featured Property listings can be placed until another one expires

My Featured Property Listing was at the top after I placed it. Why is it no longer on top?

New Property listings are added at the top of existing ones, and the older ones will automatically move down

Will my Property ever be deleted?

Expired Property listings remain in your account for 30 days
You can renew your Property listing at any time during this period
30 days after expiration the Property listing(s) will be deleted
